I understand that my participation with Animal Rescue Crusaders of Texas (ARC) is strictly on a volunteer basis. Furthermore, I acknowledge and understand that working with animals may be dangerous and can lead to serious injury or even death. I understand that as a volunteer for ARC, I accept complete and full legal liability for any physical, emotional or property damages that are a direct or indirect result of activities involved in the transport, grooming, training, evaluation, adoption or daily foster care of any animal. This includes, but is not limited to, all events whether associated with ARC or not. I also accept complete and full legal liability for any claims that may result from activities I perform as a ARC volunteer and or foster. Further, I indemnify ARC, its volunteers, associates, directors or foster care providers from any claim that may arise as a result of my volunteer activities, and any damage caused my animals under my care as a volunteer or foster. And lastly, I agree not to hold ARC liable for harm to myself, my pets, family or friends as a result of any interaction with the animal(s) I am fostering or any other animal in ARC's care. I have read ARC’s Foster Agreement Form, Foster Guidelines, and Code of Conduct forms (above) and agree to act in accordance with them while I am representing ARC.
